Julie Kelch is a Business Development Specialist for Bowen Center. Julie works with various schools and companies throughout the state of Indiana with Student and Employee Assistance programs provided by the Bowen Center. Active in chambers and community organizations, Julie works to bring awareness to mental health issues, help remove the stigma associated with them and provide information on Bowen Center services. Julie speaks at various events throughout the state and provides Professional Development workshops, suicide gatekeeper training and critical incident debriefing support services.

She has a degree in Business Administration, is a graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s in Adult and Career education and holds a master’s degree from Ball State University in Adult and Community Education with Executive Development for Public Service.
