Attendees will learn the many facets of grief from the loss of a loved one to the loss of a dream or future plans. This seminar will include the messy non-linear process of grief including lamenting, acknowledging and honoring the range of emotions, finding trustworthy support systems, when to utilize radical acceptance, and moving toward meaning-making.
