Parts, Feelings and You: A hands on exploration of inner experience

1:45pm – 3:00pm on Friday 9/5
This experiential workshop invites participants into a gentle, curious exploration of their inner emotional world through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than a lecture or theoretical presentation, this is a hands-on opportunity to experience emotions in real time, connect with the parts that carry those feelings, and begin building a compassionate relationship with them.

Through guided exercises, somatic check-ins, creative mapping, and reflective prompts, participants will practice recognizing and naming emotions as they arise, noticing how different parts show up in response, and inviting Self-energy—that calm, clear, and curious presence we all have—into the process.

The goal of this workshop is not to "fix" or analyze, but to cultivate awareness, compassion, and connection with your internal system. You will leave with simple, accessible tools to help you pause, turn inward, and relate to your emotions with greater clarity and care.

This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in emotional growth, self-understanding, or IFS-based personal work. No prior experience with IFS is required.
